-3 - REFORM "TOU"

PROPOSED REFORM OF THE "CDU"

     We live in a social system over-materialistic and individualistic, sometimes murderer of the human and ecological suicide as increasingly saturated with information banal, superficial and false that every citizen should filter into your conscious mind to the rhythm of their abilities and interests personal. For freedom of conscience or thought-from which stems the freedom of expression, "that each person will order his mind, information, files, books and calendars as you like, know and can, but now like to address how I advise you to recycle and unify! The Universal Decimal Classification or "TOU" by his initials, the method of classification of all documentation and information for all current and historical records of any culture or civilization.

     My proposal for reform and universal approval of the "CDU" is based on the integration of the 8 vital facets that constitute the "zero proposal" for mental alienation and socio-cultural reorganization intend, plus two new features for its practical utility that will enhance the dignity and quality of life of two social groups particularly sensitive to the growing humanitarian and environmental chaos globally, I mean children and the elderly, which are vital facets 9 and 10 respectively.
     It should be noted the importance of the facets 1, 3, 4 and 6 for its special relevance in solving the serious challenges of the current "family" human global, so if in doubt any important documents should be archived in all aspects relating to it.
